Set up reading libraries
Research shows that English levels improve when students receive massive amounts of comprehensible input. When students read all types of interesting materials they choose themselves they are assured to improve their vocabulary, grammar, and even spoken competency. Currently, many book companies such as Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, MacMillan Language House, and Pearson, offer excellent affordable books but these are not being used effectively, if at all. Full-time NETs could be responsible to assure that these libraries get started and flourish within schools.
