Deal cooperatively with curriculum design
All native
English teachers at all Osaka-Fu high schools basically work independently from
every other native English teacher.
There is no coordination of lessons or curriculum or even basic approach
between teachers. Full-time NETs
could easily be given this responsibility and share the information online so
that good lessons can be shared efficiently.
