Hire Full Time NET Teachers

Full Time NETs can do more than part time workers.  The following is a list of recommendations for a successful English program that would increase student motivation and create more fluent English speakers.  What may surprise you is that even though these activities are basic to English education, none of them are currently being done in Osaka Public Schools.
