Is the primary goal of native English teachers to help students improve communicative English? If so, is this working? Are we doing a good job? There is very little feedback from management about the work that NET teachers do. What are the goals and are we meeting them? If the goals are being met, perhaps longer contracts and pay raises are in order. If they are not being met, then what can be done to make it better?
２、NETの主目標を明確にし、その活用の評価を行うこと ネイティブ教員の主目標は、生徒のコミュニケーション技術の改善の手助けだろうか。もしそうなら、効果はあっただろうか。私たちはよい仕事を果たしただろうか。NETの仕事には、このような評価が監督者からはほとんどありません。私たちの仕事の目標は何なのか、そしてそれを満たしたでしょうか。もしこの目標が、満たされたとしたら、長期雇用契約や昇級などは多分実現していたでしょう。もしそうでなかったら、目標実現のために何をしたらいいのでしょうか。
