The Osaka Lawsuit Group has filed an allegation with the ILO in February 2008 to request help to end an unfair and non-transparent evaluation procedure of Japanese teachers. This is a local version of the ZENKYO request to the ILO, but made by 94 teachers in four different Japanese teachers unions. OFSET Union helped draft the English version of the official allegation.
The Osaka Lawsuit Group members request that they be included in the ILO official fact-finding mission in April/May/June of 2008.
