OFSET Union: Takatsu Gardens Building 4th Floor
Directions: Take subway (purple line) to Tanimachi 9 Chome or Kintetsu line to Uehommachi Sta. You can walk underground toward Kintetsu Department Store. Go up at Exit 11. You will pass a noisy pachinko parlor immediately on your left and a large bus parking area. Turn left at the first street. The building on the corner of the next block, diagonally across from Lawson is Takatsu Garden. There is a beautiful (depending on your taste) lobby. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. You could ask for Kokyouso (our parent union) or OFSET union. There will be a sign during a meeting day.
